D3 is launching its initial portfolio of high-performance 650V super junction power MOSFET products that are ideally suited for hard-switching applications such as PFC and inverters. Additionally, D3 will be introducing more MOSFET families in the future in addition to gate drivers and motor controls for BLDC and PMSM motors.
